NEWBERG, Ore. – All boys and girls who will be entering grades 2-10 in the fall and are looking to sharpen their basketball skills are invited to George Fox University’s 2012 Bruin Basketball Academy, which is set for this summer on Monday-Thursday, July 23-26, in the on-campus Wheeler Sports Center.

NEWBERG, Ore. – Senior wing Mike Taylor of George Fox University has been selected to the 2011-12 All-Northwest Conference Men’s Basketball Second Team for the second year in a row, while fellow Bruin Sean Atkins, a sophomore forward, has received All-NWC honorable mention as announced Tuesday by the league office.

PARKLAND, Wash. – After a surprising bid all year long to make the Northwest Conference men’s basketball four-team tournament at the end of the season, the George Fox University Bruins’ darkhorse run to the tournament ended abruptly with an 86-61 thumping by the Pacific Lutheran University Lutes Saturday night here at Olson Auditorium.
