He was joined on the victory podium by GFU jumpers Kai Ojala in the high jump (6-4.25 / 1.94m), Jake Weber in the long jump (21-8.25 / 6.61m), and Cindy Walsh in the long jump (17-9 / 5.41m). Irene Johnson added another win in the 100 meter hurdles (15.11).

UW OPEN: Painter Posts 2nd-Best 3,000 in Bruin History in Washington Indoor Open SEATTLE, Wash. – Emily Painter, a newcomer to the George Fox University track and field program, posted the second-best indoor time in Bruin history in the women’s 3,000 meter run with a 10:18.11, highlighting efforts by a small sampling of Bruins in the University of Washington Open indoor meet Sunday here at the Dempsey Indoor Arena.
