WGF: NATIONAL POLLS - Bruins Ranked 20th in Latest Golf World / WGCA D-III Poll
NEWBERG, Ore. - After putting together an outstanding fall season, the George Fox University women’s golf team is nationally ranked for the first time in the program’s four-year history, holding down the 20th spot in the latest Golf World / Women’s Golf Coaches Association NCAA Division III national poll.

Record-Setting Westendorf BAA Athlete of the Week for Oct. 12-18
NEWBERG, Ore. - A record-setting performance in leading the George Fox Bruins to the Northwest Conference Women's Golf Fall Classic championship has earned Jill Westendorf the Bruin Athletic Association Women's Athlete of the Week award for Oct. 5-11.

WGF: NWC FALL CLASSIC - Bruins Win Fall Classic Behind Westendorf’s Record Round
PORTLAND, Ore. - Led by a record-setting round of 72 by freshman Jill Westendorf, the George Fox University Bruins rallied from eight strokes down after the first day to win the Northwest Conference Women’s Golf Fall Classic by 12 strokes here at the Heron Lakes Golf Course on Saturday and Sunday.

WGF: DT MONTEREY INVITATIONAL - Bruins and Nap Finish 2nd in DT Tournament
SEASIDE, Calif. – With Brianna Nap shooting a tournament-low round of 77, the George Fox University Bruins cut 10 strokes off their first-round team score but were unable to make up ground and finished second to the Academy of Art University as the DT Women’s Monterey Invitational concluded Sunday here at the Black Horse Golf Course.

SEASIDE, Calif. – If the George Fox University Bruins are to make it 4-for-4 in women’s golf tournaments this fall, they have a lot of ground to make up after finding themselves down by 18 strokes at the end of the first day of play in the DT Women’s Monterey Invitational on Saturday here at the Black Horse Golf Course.

PENDLETON, Ore. - Continuing their outstanding fall play, the George Fox University Bruins captured their third women’s golf tournament in as many tries behind medalist Brianna Nap with a 22-stroke win in the Whitman College Invitational held Saturday and Sunday here at the Wildhorse Resort Golf Course.

Bruins to Again “Swing for the Cure” at GFU Women’s Invitational Saturday
NEWBERG, Ore. - In conjunction with their season-opening GFU Women’s Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 19, the George Fox University women’s golf team will be supporting this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, as they “swing for the cure” with a project to promote breast cancer awareness and fund cancer research.
