WOODBURN, Ore. --- The No. 1-ranked George Fox women's golf team competed in two different events Saturday, as both Janelle Decker and Sydney Maluenda came away victorious.

Recap:
Decker and Tianna Brown both competed in the Willamette Spring Invite Saturday, as the pair represented George Fox as individuals. Decker won the tournament with a card of 78-81 – 159 to win the tournament by one stroke. Brown placed T-10th with a 90-80 – 170.

Maluenda won the Bruin Spring Invite with a score of 74 to take the one day invite by one stroke. The Bruins competed as individuals against Portland State. Kristin Elich also finished in the Top 5 with a fifth place finish, as the junior carded an 80.

What Comes Next:
The Bruins will play next in the NWC Championships April 22-23 at Tacoma Country Club.
