May 25, 2012George Fox Sets Separate Morning/Afternoon Bruin Volleyball Camps for July 30-Aug. 2
NEWBERG, Ore. - Separate George Fox University summer volleyball camps, for players in grades 6-8 in the morning and for grades 9-12 in the afternoon, have been announced by Bruins’ head volleyball coach Steve Grant for Monday-Thursday, July 30-August 2, 2012, here at the Wheeler Sports Center’s Miller Gym.

ALL-NWC: Bruins’ Reeves, Kerr Accorded Honorable Mention for All-Conference Team
NEWBERG, Ore. - Ending their George Fox University careers on a high note, libero Patti Reeves and right-side hitter Stephanie Kerr have received honorable mention for the 2011 All-Northwest Conference Women’s Volleyball Team as voted on by the league’s nine coaches, Reeves repeating an honor she also earned last year.

Record-Setting Reeves Wins BAA Award, Honorable Mention for NWC Weekly Honor
NEWBERG, Ore. - With 52 digs in George Fox’s two season-ending matches, libero Patti Reeves has been named the Bruin Athletic Association Women’s Athlete of the Week for the second time this fall for the week of Oct. 31-Nov. 6, and also received honorable mention for the Northwest Conference Women’s Volleyball Student-Athlete of the Week.

LINFIELD 3, GEORGE FOX 2: Reeves Sets Digs Record but Bruins Fall to Wildcats in Five
McMINNVILLE, Ore. – Senior libero Patti Reeves had 40 digs and ended her career as the all-time leader in digs per set for George Fox University, but that was not enough to prevent the Bruins from dropping a 3-2 decision to the Linfield College Wildcats in Northwest Conference women’s volleyball action Saturday night here at Ted Wilson Gym.

SALEM, Ore. – Rookie outside hitter Erin Campbell collected 14 kills, six more than any other hitter in the match, in leading the visiting George Fox University Bruins to their second straight road win, a 3-1 decision over the Willamette University Bearcats in Northwest Conference women’s volleyball Friday night here at the Cone Field House.

GEORGE FOX 3, PACIFIC 1: Strong Middle Game Leads Bruins to Upset Win over Boxers
FOREST GROVE, Ore. – Middle blockers Tiffany Burk and Kylee Adderson combined for 14 kills and a .448 hitting percentage on offense and led a defensive effort that produced 12 blocks as the George Fox University Bruins stunned the Pacific University Boxers 3-1 in Northwest Conference women’s volleyball Wednesday night here at the Stoller Center.
