Bruins Close Out CBU Invite

CORONA, Calif. --- The George Fox men's golf team capped off the final round at the California Baptist University Men's Invitational on Tuesday, as the Bruins finished 17th out of 18 teams.

Alex Plusquellec continued to lead the charge for the Bruins with an 80 on the day, signing his card of 79-79-80=238 to take T-66th. Zachary Mode finished in 81st with an 82-81-84=247, while Brandon Sutton wasn't far behind with an 81-89-85=255 to take 89th. Mason Mueller finished with an 89-89-95=273 to place 91st. Caleb An was able to compete on Tuesday, shooting an 81.

CBU won the tournament with a team score of 869. BYU-Hawaii and Colorado Christian tied for second with a score of 876.

Nathaniel Goodard was the medalist out of Colorado Christian with a scorecard of 70-71-72=213.

What Comes Next:
The Bruins will head to Washington to play in the Spring Break Invitational on March 26.
