HILLSBORO --- The Northwest Conference office announced its Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of October 8-14 on Monday, Oct. 14. Rachel Drgastin was honored by the NWC Office as the women's golfer of the week for her performance at the 2019 NWC Fall Classic on October 12-13.

Drgastin won her second straight medalist award and helped her teammates win the NWC Fall Classic for the sixth consecutive season after a total card of 148 (+4). The Bend native finished with a two-stroke lead over a teammate and a three-stroke lead on the player in third from Whitman.

This is Drgastin's second NWC honor of the 2019-20 season and the program's third after Kayle Hunn was honored earlier this fall.
