Join a Rising Star in DIII Lacrosse
Since its inception in 2013, George Fox Lacrosse has made a name for itself as a formidable opponent in the Northwest Conference. Now, under the direction of Head Coach Katie Mastropaolo, George Fox is on track to make even greater strides on the national lacrosse landscape. The Bruins have their eyes set on being a major player in the DIII Lacrosse National Championships in the coming years.
As a team, Bruin lacrosse is shaped on the ideals put forth in 2 Timothy 1: power, love, and self discipline. Lacrosse athletes are committed to self-improvement, team development, and investing in the George Fox community. Lacrosse athletes are team players to the core and are dedicated to bettering the team through hard work. New athletes join a family of women who encourage one another to be the best they can be.
New lacrosse athletes will have the chance to enjoy the true student athlete experience, where professors know students by name and academics are at the forefront of the college experience. Additionally, George Fox students get the opportunity to grow spiritually in a Christian atmosphere at a school ranked among the top Christian schools in the nation. George Fox students also receive the top value among Oregon schools, according to Money magazine, which ranked George Fox the No. 1 school in the state on its "Best Colleges for Your Money" list in 2017.
