HILLSBORO --- The George Fox women's soccer team finished up its 2018 season with two second-team All-Northwest Conference selections, as Madison Huesers and Savannah Moisan made the team.

This marks Huesers first honor and Moisan's second honor on the All-NWC team. Liz Griffith of Pacific Lutheran earned Offensive Player of the Year, Jamie Lange of Puget Sound earned Defensive Player of the Year, Kylee Roath of Puget Sound earned Freshman of the Year and Joseph Vari of Puget Sound was named Coach of the Year.

Huesers, a junior defender from Lake Stevens, Washington, was crucial for the Bruins' backline all season. She helped the Bruins secure eight shutouts on the season and was recently named NWC Student-Athlete of the Week for her performance in the wins over Whitworth and Whitman. She played in all 18 games for the Bruins and scored one goal on the season for two points.

Moisan, a senior forward from North Pole, Alaska, recorded four game-winners in her final season for the Bruin. She led the team in goals (7), game-winners (4), points (14), shots (38) and shots on goal (23). She finished her career with 13 goals, one assist and 27 points. This marks the second time Moisan has been selected on the All-NWC team. She was named All-NWC second-team as a freshman in 2015.
