NEWBERG, Ore. --- The Bruins traveled to Walla Walla to play the Whitman Missionaries for a men's soccer match that didn't disappoint.

Joab Logan led the Bruins with a goal in the 25th minute of the first half, but the Bruins eventually fell to the Pirates by a score of, 1-3.

 The Pirates were led by Paul Riley and Jose Beleche who each had a goal and three shots on goal. The Bruins were outshot 9-19, but goalkeeper, Ricardo Sotelo made seven great saves. 

The Bruins next play Whitworth University on Sunday afternoon in Spokane, Washington. They return home for their final weekend of play on November 1st and 2nd and will honor their seniors on November 1st for Senior Night. Tickets will be sold at the gate at Austin Sports Complex.
