Box Score SPOKANE, Wash. --- The George Fox men's soccer team took to the road on Saturday, as the Bruins fell to the No. 4-ranked Pirates of Whitworth, 6-0.

The last time these two teams met, the Bruins did the unthinkable --- scoring a goal against one of the best teams in the nation. The Bruins forced a 1-1 tie against the Pirates on Oct. 4 and became the only team in the NWC to do so. Today, the Pirates had the upper hand, scoring six goals against the Bruins to keep their unbeaten streak alive. The Bruins managed to fire off eight shots on the day, but only two were on frame. The Pirates managed to score three in the first and three in the second en-route to their victory.
Top Performers:
Arturo Hernandez and Austin Fish led the Bruins recording two shots apiece.
What It Means:
With the loss, the Bruins still stand at fourth in the conference and maintain their 3-4-1 record in the NWC.
