NEW ORLEANS, La. — The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) officially announced the Cross Country All-Academic Athletes for 2025, with
Emily Foote,
Andrew Dewar,
Nate Hamilton,
Caden Hildenbrand,
Westin Madden, and
Kellen Ruiz named to the yearly honor.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top 25 percent of their respective regional championship meet.
George Fox was the only Northwest Conference team to have five men recognized on the honor roll, as well as having the most male student-athletes recognized from the conference over the past five years, with 26 total athletes.
Additionally, both the men's and women's cross country teams at George Fox earned All-Academic Team honors, with the men's GPA at 3.63 and the women's GPA at 3.64.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers.
