Coach's Thoughts
"I could not be more proud of this team," Bruin head coach
MaryJo McCloskey said, "Yesterday's first round tested us big time on challenging Pumpkin Ridge—but today we showed our heart, belief, and resilience. This was a total team effort, and I could not be more grateful for the way our team responded and played. What makes it even more special is that several of our players have been battling through colds this week—and they still showed up with toughness and fight when it mattered most. That says everything about who they are. Now it's on to finals—and then preparing for our 16th trip to the National Championship. So much learning we'll be taking with us. Looking forward to competing nationally on the west coast for the first time too!l"
