- Named USTFCCCA All-West Region after finishing 24th at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships
- Named Second Team All-NWC after finishing 12th at the NWC Cross Country Championship and helping the Bruins win the NWC title
- Named USTFCCCA All-Academic
- SB of 22:00.3 (6k) at NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships

SENIOR (2023-24)
- Named USTFCCCA All-West Region after finishing 11th at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships

JUNIOR (2022-23)
- Member of the first Bruins team to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 101st individually

- Competed for Seattle Pacific University for two seasons
- Finished second place at the GNAC Indoor championships in the 800m (2022) and third place in 4x400 meter relayÂ
- Was the 2021 GNAC Outdoor Track Conference Champion in the 800 meters; finished second in the 1500 meters; member of the 2021 GNAC Champion 4x400 meter relay team
- Named GNAC Outdoor Track Freshman of the Year
- Was an All-Academic student-athlete in 2021
HIGH SCHOOL:Â
- Won back-to-back district cross country championships, as a junior in 2018 and as a senior in 2019, leading the Timberwolves to the district team title both times.
- Ran in the Class 1A (small school) Washington state meet all four years, with a best-ever place of 9th as a senior in 2019. Her time of 19:07.0 on the 5-kilometer layout at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco was her personal-best for that distance.
- Won 14 meets in her career, including five each as a senior and junior, one as a sophomore, and three as a freshman.
- 2nd at state in 800
