Darin Durante

Darin Durante joined the George Fox men's soccer staff in 2025 as an assistant coach, bringing over 20 years of coaching experience across Southern California, the Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area and Oregon. He currently holds a USSF “B” License, along with a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma and National Goalkeeping Diploma.

Throughout his career, Durante has made a significant impact at both the club and high school levels. He serves as a Head Coach for Albion SC Portland and the Portland Thorns ECNL Regional League teams, developing players within elite competitive environments. In addition, Darin is the Head Coach for the 2012 Boys with Oregon ODP, where he works with some of the state’s top players in the Olympic Development Program, preparing them for the next levels of competition. Prior to his time in Oregon, Durante held key roles with Braddock Road Youth Club in Virginia, where he coached, served on the Board of Directors, and oversaw player and coach development as Director of Rules & Discipline.

Earlier in his career, Darin led Redlands East Valley High School in Southern California as both Head Coach and Girls Program Director, guiding the team to its first Citrus Belt League championship and building a strong foundation for long-term program growth.

As a former collegiate player at the University of Redlands, Darin contributed to a program that reached the NCAA National Finals and captured the Western Regional Championship. Darin also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, blending a strong academic background with a deep commitment to leadership and organizational excellence.
