• Graduated from Bickleton HS in Bickleton, Wash., in 2020
• Served as co-captain and as flag bearer on a 2019 Bickleton High team that won a WIAA Boys 1B Track and Field State Academic Championship
• individually, made the WIAA State Track and Field semifinals in the shot put in 2019 and qualified for state in both 2017 and 2019
• Has posted marks of 126 feet, 6 inches in the discus and 43 feet in the shot put
• Was a participant in the United States Track & Field Junior Olympic Championships for shot put during the summer of 2018
• Was a District 5 shot put champion (2019) and discus champion (2017)
• Won District 5/6 titles in the shot put and discus in 2019
