In 2016, Fredericks helped her teammates claim an NCCAA championship in the team's winningest season in program history, and was named the NCCAA Player of the Year and an All-American for her efforts.

Fredericks has played for Boulder FC and the Westside Timbers in the WPSL, as well as internationally in Barcelona with Athletes in Action. In the offseason, Fredericks volunteers with Street Soccer Portland.
