Hailey Swenson joined the George Fox Athletics staff as the Associate Athletic Director of Operations in August 2023, and was named the Senior Woman Administrator in the summer of 2024. A 2020 alumna of George Fox, she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and was a member of the Bruin women's basketball team for four seasons. In her senior season on the team, Hailey started all 29 games as the Bruins advanced to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament before the season was ultimately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to her time at Fox, Swenson worked as an Event Manager at the Clark County Fairgrounds and Event Center in Ridgefield, Wash. There, she organized, booked and oversaw several events, including weddings and meetings, trade shows and the Clark County Fair. Her responsibilities at GFU include working with game management staff on game days, scheduling facilities during in-season activities, and planning the program's two largest annual athletics events: Hall of Fame Weekend and the Georgies Awards show.
Hailey lives in Lafayette, Ore. with her husband, Sam, and son, Jett, and enjoys going on sunset walks with her husband and dog, Bru, trying new restaurants, and shopping.
