George Fox University

Joe LoCascio joined the George Fox men's soccer staff in 2026 as the goalkeepers coach. He brings five years of NCAA goalkeeper coaching experience, including stints at Linfield, Willamette & Lewis & Clark. Additionally, LoCascio draws from eight years in youth club soccer and three years in ODP. During his three-year high school head coaching career, he produced numerous accolades, including a 2021 OSAA 6A State Championship, Coach of the Year, and back-to-back conference championships. LoCascio also holds a USSF C Coaching License.

For two years, he served as the Director of Goalkeeping for the United PDX soccer club & the goalkeeper coach for United PDX’s USL2 and USLW teams. He served as the Director of Goalkeeping and a youth head coach at Bend FC Timbers. During his time with Bend FC Timbers, he helped the U-14 Boys Team win the USYS President’s Cup in 2021. LoCascio also worked with Albion SC Development Academy as a Goalkeeper and Sports Performance Coach in San Diego, California.

He played collegiately at Linfield College, obtained a B.S. in Exercise Science, and works with athletes, kids, and elders as a neuro-athletic performance coach.
