Nanase Ebisu joined the men’s tennis program as an assistant coach in the spring of 2025. Originally from Osaka, Japan, Ebisu returned to George Fox University after playing his final collegiate season with the Bruins from 2023–24. In his lone season at Fox, he recorded nine singles victories, including five against top-ranked teams in the country, and added seven doubles wins. Prior to his time with the Bruins, Ebisu spent two seasons each with the McKendree Bearcats and the Hawai‘i Pacific Sharks. Ebisu holds a master’s degree in business administration from George Fox University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from McKendree University.
