Coach's Thoughts

"In a tournament like this, there's no room for error right from the start because of the high level of competition," said head coach Jeff Cero. "Luke and Will worked their way through both singles and doubles; once again, it's hard to overstate the little things they do well, like being so prepared for a tricky day like today. They're definitely looking forward to a big Saturday ahead."

"Rox had himself a day and almost pulled the upset of the tournament right off the bat. Either way, it was some of the best tennis I've ever seen from him, and he followed it up with Vahag in a nice win against a difficult team from Idaho. He's had an impressive fall, to say the least, and we're looking forward to seeing how he performs tomorrow."

What It Means

The PNW Invitational marks the final outing of the Bruins' fall season.
