ROME, Ga. --- Luke Lemaitre and Will Leach of George Fox men's tennis closed out their fall season with an undefeated cap on what may be their final ITA Cup appearance of their careers.
How It Happened
The Bruins showed determination on day two of the tournament, successfully bouncing back without dropping a set between the two of them.
Lemaitre's early singles action went to the tune of 6-1, 6-0 as he made quick work of RPI's Yudai Teruyama.
Later in the day, the senior teamed up with Leach to post a pair of doubles victories. The Bruin duo defeated Tecce and Leese of Mary Washington, 6-2, 6-3, before outlasting Luther's Motlojoa and Loen, 6-3, 7-6(6).

The men's tennis team has officially closed the 2021 fall season after its fifth consecutive ITA Cup appearance.
Coach's Thoughts
"Luke and Will responded well today and showed a lot of willpower, grit, and heart throughout the day," said head coach Jeff Cero. "There's a lot of good takeaways from this weekend heading into the offseason and the spring season."
