WALLA WALLA, Wash. --- George Fox cruised to another conference win and is now 16-0 with one matchup left in the regular season after a 22-5 defeat of the Whitman Blues on the road.
How It Happened
Andrea Garcia-Milla kickstarted the Bruins' offense with two quick goals and an assist in less than three minutes of game action. Garcia-Milla scored what became the game-winner after getting a feed from Sydney Thatch with 9:15 left in the first quarter, and the Bruins rolled from there to an 11-2 lead at the end of the first. By halftime three Bruins had already scored three or more, including Garcia-Milla, Carleigh DeLapp, and Kyra Barnes.
Thatch joined the scoring party in the second half, Marena Tharpe took advantage of unguarded nets multiple times, and the Bruins romped their way to another Northwest Conference win with a running clock in the second half..
Top Performances
Garcia-Milla put in five goals and dished four assists for a game-high nine points. DeLapp kept up her assault on Washington nets with six goals, Barnes added four, Thatch had a hat trick as well with three, and Ella Rand made six saves in cage for her 16th win of the year.

Fox is 16-0 with an 11-0 conference record and only one matchup left in the regular season.
