ORLANDO, Fla. – Competing in their first NCAA Championship together, the George Fox men's tennis doubles team of Vahag Pashayan and Camden Camacho lost in a close match to the duo from Swarthmore College 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) in the NCAA Division III individual championships held at the USTA National Campus hosted by the United States Tennis Association. 

How it Happened
The Bruins faced off against the Atlantic South third-ranked doubles team from Swarthmore College. The George Fox duo entered the match as the second-ranked team in the West region. The Bruins fought to stay close to the Garnet throughout the match, losing the first set, 6-3. Pashayan and Camacho returned in the second set to keep the scoreline close, forcing a tiebreak in the second set but losing out by a score of 7-6 (7-5).

What It Means
The Bruins end with another successful season with an undefeated NWC regular season, NWC Tournament Championship, second-round finish in the NCAA tournament, and a round-of-16 finish in the individual championship. Fox ended the season with a record of 13-10.
