Aidan Arthur completed the race in 26:17.5, with Benjamin Bourne at 26:38.7 and Trevor Wilber at 26:51.1, contributing to their team's success.

In the women's 6K competition, Kayla Aalpoel dominated in her first race of the season, clocking an impressive time of 21:51.1 to secure first place over D-I athletes from Portland and Portland State. Ellie Rising finished in 22:16.7 moving up 15 spots in the last mile to finish fifth overall, while Brenna Sclair recorded a time of 22:53.9, placing them both in the top five.

Breanna Schmitt posted a time of 23:02.6, Kendall McKibbon in 23:22.3, and Hope Bridge in 23:40.0, rounding out the top six with consistent and commendable performances.

Coach's Thoughts
Solid day for us today," Bruin head coach Mike Wilson said," Kayla rocked it today, and the women looked strong without putting our whole squad out there and while working out. Men looked decent and we got a good experience for our newer runners."

Up Next
The Bruins have one more race in Oregon before heading to the DIII National Preview as they travel to Monmouth for the Mike Johnson Classic. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m.
