GREENWOOD, Ind. -- The College Sport Communicators (CSC) officially announced their 2025–2026 Academic All-District teams for the 2025 women's basketball season, with Kylie Ritter, Sophia Hardy, Emma Boehm, and Maddie Schumacher named to the yearly honor.

The requirements for this nomination and selection process include being a sophomore, maintaining a GPA of at least 3.5, and playing in at least 90 percent of the team's total games or starting in 66% of total games. In 2024–25, less than five percent of student-athletes earned this prestigious honor across all sports and divisions.

Ritter ended her final season as a Bruin earning first-team All-NWC honors and runner-up for NWC Player of the Year after leading Fox to the NWC Conference tournament finals, where they fell just shy of an NCAA tournament bid. The senior averaged 11.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists, leading the team in rebounds, minutes played (800), and three-pointers made (24), while being second on the team in points per game and total assists with 39.

Hardy started all 27 games this season for the Bruins, averaging 7.4 points, 1.3 assists, and 3.8 rebounds on the season and winning one Northwest Conference Student-Athlete of the Week honor, while Schumacher had her best year as a senior, playing 25 games and starting in three. She averaged 10.4 minutes per game. She scored a career-high 16 points, shooting 7-11 from the field on February 7 against Lewis and Clark at home, along with 3 rebounds.

Boehm appeared in 26 of 27 games this year after coming off a knee injury her sophomore year. The junior played valuable minutes for the Bruins, averaging 3.3 points per game, hitting 9-13 threes, while scoring a vital 12 points in the upset win against Linfield in the Northwest Conference Tournament semifinals.

While all four athletes excelled both on and off the Court, Ritter's accomplishments on and off the court made her a finalist for the CSC Academic All-American team roster, which will be released on April 15.
