Moore started out hot versus the No. 1 singles competitor for Pacific, taking set one 6-1 and maintaining composure when pushed to the edge of set two, ultimately winning 7-5 for his third straight singles win of the season.
Hernandez also put together a solid execution on Court No. 4, winning both his sets 6-1, 6-3. Cruz held down Court No. 5 by taking set one 6-1 before closing out his match with six straight games in a 6-0 shutout in set two.

The Boxers' only other point came from Court No. 3, where Ebisu managed to win one game despite a 6-0, 6-1 loss.
"Tennis is not about the Ws that you get on court," said Hernandez. "It does not define who you are, but the people that you share the court with are the ones who will be loyal when the Ls come, and that's what our team showed today."
