Isaac Parker joined the George Fox football coaching staff in the summer of 2026, serving as an offensive line assistant. Parker joins the university with extensive history in coaching in the Pacific Northwest, including three seasons as the head coach of Northwest Conference foe Willamette from 2019 to 2023.
In his time at Willamette, Parker helped guide the team through the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the team to three wins past the pandemic. Previously, he had been an assistant coach at rival Lewis and Clark College in Portland—where he served on the Pioneer coaching staff from 2015 until being hired by the Bearcats.  Before that, Parker had been head football coach at McNary High School in Keizer for three seasons.
