Lucas Jepson joined the Bruins' football coaching staff in 2022 and is responsible for the Fox tight ends.
As a player, Jepson was the starting quarterback for coach Casey in 2004 and 2005 at Aloha High School and played four seasons collegiately as a wide receiver. Jepson started his college journey at Cabrillo College in Aptos, Calif. and played his last two seasons for Linfield, graduating in 2013 with his bachelor's degree in psychology.
Jepson has made multiple stops as a high school coach since graduating, including Evergreen High School in Vancouver, Wash. (2013-14), Hillsboro High School (2015), and his alma mater Aloha High School (2016-19).
Jepson has previously also coached high school basketball for CS Lewis Academy in Newberg for multiple seasons and was an assistant coach for the girls' team at Ida B. Wells High School from 2018-21.
In addition to his coaching duties, Jepson is a Health and Physical Education teacher at Skyline IB K-8 in Portland, Ore. Jepson is also a George Fox graduate, having earned his Master's degree in Teaching in 2018.
