George Fox University

Micheal Plueard enters his fifth season for the George Fox football team for the 2020-21 season. Plueard has coached multiple positions for the Bruins on defense in his tenure with the team. 

Plueard, a native of Aloha, Oregon, played high school football under head coach Chris Casey at Aloha High School. He helped win the 2010 OSAA 6A State Championship, earning First team All-League & first-team All-State accolades with 89 tackles and 10 sacks. He also appeared in the 2011 Les Schwab Senior Bowl.

Plueard played three years of college football at Whitworth University before accepting an assistant linebacker coaching position his senior year.
