Game One:

The Bruins struck first, finding their way onto the scoreboard in the top of the third. Annie Veatch stepped up to the plate and grounded out to second base, allowing Pridmore to reach home.

George Fox held a narrow 1-0 lead until their offense began to click in the top of the seventh inning. They scratched across four runs to create some distance between themselves and the Lutes.

With runners on first and second, Savannah Vargas hit a clutch home run to left field, giving the Bruins three additional runs. They held a 5-0 lead going into the bottom of the seventh.

The Lutes were unable to respond as the Bruins took game one, 5-0.

Both teams struggled at the plate in game two, remaining scoreless through six innings.

The Bruins were unable to capitalize in the top of the seventh, and Pacific Lutheran took the game with a heartbreaking walk-off hit.
