The Bruins repeated the performance in the second set with another 25-17 win to take a 2-0 lead. Addison Robertson threw in five kills for the Bruins in the second set as they looked primed for a sweep.
Willamette wouldn't let the Bruins get off too easy. The Bearcats edged out the third set 25-23 to make it 2-1 George Fox and force a fourth set.
George Fox put the Bearcats away in the fourth set 25-18. The Bruins rushed out to an 18-11 lead and never let up. A Willamette error gave the Bruins their final point to make a 3-1 George Fox victory.
