How It Happened
The Bruins pounced on the Bearcats in the first set, going up 11-2 and never looking back, winning 25-10. The Bruins had a block party in the first set, with five total in the frame, helping the Bruins hold the Bearcats a low-scoring set. Fox had eight kills as well as three service aces in the set.
The second set was nearly lopsided, with the Bruins riding a .333 hit percentage to a 25-18 set win. Fox had an incredible 14 kills in the second, leading to a lead of ten at one point during the set.
