HILLSBORO, Ore. -- The 2025 All-Northwest Conference baseball rosters and major awards have been announced by the conference office, with five Bruins finding themselves on the list.

Carson Coulter was the first of three Bruins to pick up a second-team honor, the first All-NWC award of his career. The senior from Pullman, Wash., started all 39 games he played in, splitting time between catcher and first base. Coulter batted .282 on the season with a career-high 42 hits — and improvement of 15 from 2024 — with 13 doubles (third in the conference), six home runs, and 27 RBI. In addition to his hitting, Coulter recorded 261 putouts and a .983 fielding percentage.

For the second straight season, Caleb Debban was named All-NWC Second Team after finishing his career as the Bruins' game two starter. Debban had a career-low 3.71 ERA, second-lowest in the conference, and was third in the NWC with 71 strikeouts, 22 of which were looking. The Bruin pitcher ended his career fittingly, with a strikeouts, and now looks to play professionally following his graduation.

The third and final GFU athlete to make the Second Team was Ryder Edwards. Edwards, an All-Region pitcher in 2024, continued to show his dominance, finishing with a 2.29 ERA, moving him to second in program history in career ERA. Edwards finished with a 4-4 record, including five saves, striking out a career-high 38 batters in 17 games.

In addition to the second-teamers, two Bruins were named Honorable Mention All-NWC: Garrett Strube and Evan Balingit. For Strube, it was his first time being named to an all-conference team. After playing nine games as a freshman, the sophomore infielder started all 40 games, batting .343 overall with 10 doubles, one triple, and 19 RBI.

Balingit, meanwhile, ended his junior year with his second All-NWC honor. The outfielder batted a career-highs in batting (.345), hits (51), hits (9), home runs (4), and slugging (.486).

The Bruins will be back in 2026, looking to improve for the next season.
