BOISE, Idaho. — The George Fox men and women's swim teams attended the NWC Championship over the weekend, with
Gabbie Patti taking the first place victory for the overall individual rankings.
Top Performances
Patti came in first place for the individual rankings with an amazing time of 23.33 for the Women's 50 Yard Freestyle—also claiming a 54.74 time in the Women's 100 Yard Backstroke. Lastly, she had a 2:01.83 in the Women's 200 Yard Backstroke.
For the overall conference,
Wyatt Greene,
Owen Tonseth,
Christopher McLellan, and
Cameron Alexander had a time of 1:28.66 in the Men 200 Yard Freestyle Relay—finishing in eighth place.
Meanwhile, in the Men's 1650 Yard Freestyle, Sophomore
Micah Hugo came in ninth place with a 17:12.66 time. The Bruins had a successful turnout for the weekend, placing suitably and strongly this Sunday.
What Happens Next
The Bruins will be back for their next school semester in the following fall for another successful swim season.
