CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams Announced

8/4/2026 10:15:00 AM

RICHMOND, Va. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced its Spring 2026 Scholar All-America Teams, recognizing both George Fox swim programs among 418 institutions for their outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester. Seventeen members of the women's team and 12 members of the men's squad joined 16,680 student-athletes from across all collegiate divisions.

Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2026 grade point averages and were required to achieve a team GPA of 3.00 or higher to earn Scholar All-America recognition.

George Fox boasted the highest women's program GPA (3.71) among NWC members Whitworth, Puget Sound, Pacific Lutheran, Whitman, and Willamette, which received recognition on the 2026 list, while the men's program posted a respectable GPA of 3.31.
Northwest Conference Women's Coach of the Year Natalie Turner led both Bruin programs to their seventh consecutive appearance on the Scholar All-America Team across the fall and spring semesters.

The standards of the program shined inside and outside the pool as the Bruins also posted a combined 22 All-NWC finishes at the 2026 NWC Swim Championships, led by NWC Women's Swimmer of the Meet Gabbie Patti, who went on to become only the second swimmer ever in George Fox history to compete at the NCAA Championships, becoming the first Bruin to do so since Aspen Monkhouse in 2019.

This fall, the Bruins will look to extend the momentum gained toward the end of the previous season to make their mark on the upcoming year.
