                     GREENWOOD, Ind. -- The College Sports Communicators (CSC) officially announced their 2024-25 Academic All-District teams for the 2024-25 men's and women's tennis season, with six total Bruins making the team. 
Zach Moore (Finance) and 
Lars Schmassmann (MBA) were the two men's tennis recipients, and 
Kalli Wiker (Kinesiology), 
Riley Bobkiewicz (Business), 
Sophie Denham (Biochemistry/Biology), and 
Cassey Hitch (Social Work) made it on the women's side. In order to be named, student athletes must be a sophomore standing, maintain a GPA of at least 3.50, while also playing in at least 90% of matches on the season. 
Schmassmann and Moore were joined by 11 other Northwest Conference student-athletes on the All-District team, with Schmassmann being the only athlete selected for Academic All-American voting. 
Fox had the highest number of women's tennis student-athletes make the Academic All-District team, tying with Lewis and Clark with 4 apiece. Joining Schmassmann, Wiker has also been selected for Academic All-American Voting. 
First-, second-, and third-team Academic All America honorees will be announced on June 3rd, 2025 (women) and June 4th, 2025 (men)
