Dee (Aarhus) Duncan may be the most dominant pitcher in George Fox softball history. Her 0.55 earned run average in 1986 set a school record and was the fifth best in NAIA national statistics. Three times she was named to the NAIA District  2 First Team. From 1984 to 1987, she pitched all but five innings of George Fox's games. She once pitched 47 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run. She threw two no hitters during her career.
