Ilene (Haskins) Warkentin was a six-sport athlete and was named George Fox's Outstanding Female Athlete in 1967-68. She competed in volleyball, basketball, softball, track, field hockey and badminton. During her career, her teams won seven conference titles. In volleyball, she once served 15 Â consecutive points. In softball, she hit .667 as a senior, and her doubles team took second at the 60-school Northwest College Women's Sports Association badminton tournament.
