A four-year starter for the Bruins as a midfielder in his first two seasons and as a defender in his final two, Jai Cook was a stalwart  on teams that compiled a record of 55-20-3 during his career. He anchored a defense that set a George Fox record that still stands: 15  shutouts in 1993. He was an NSCAA/Umbro Third Team All-American in 1993 and an honorable mention NAIA All-American in 1993 and 1994 . He was named to the NAIA All-Pacific Northwest Region Team and the All-Cascade Conference First Team in  1994, and was an NAIA All-Area 1 First Team and NAIA All-District  2 First  Team selection in 1993 . He was a key player on Bruin teams that went to the NAIA District 2 Playoffs three times from 1991-93, won NAIA District 2 and NAIA Area 1 Championships in 1993, and played in the NAIA National Tournament in 1993. Cook played in 77 games in his Bruin career, scoring five goals with 11 assists for 21 points.
