Kenny Stone led the Bruins to a 92-35 record during a spectacular four-year basketball career at George Fox. He led the team in both scoring and rebounding his sophomore, junior and senior seasons, and  was team MVP all  three years. A four-time selection to the NAIA All-District 2 Team, he was an  NAIA All-American in both 1986 and 1987. He was a three-time honoree as NCCAA Region 8 Player of the Year and an NCCAA All-American. He finished his career No. 2 on the all-time Bruin lists in rebounds (1,116), steals (252) and blocks (430), and No. 3 in points (2,030) and field goal percentage (.572). A seventh round draft pick by the Portland Trailblazers, he played in one exhibition for the NBA team before entering a 10-year career as professional player in New Zealand. He was the third Bruin to have his jersey retired.
