The most highly honored setter ever to play at George Fox, Jamie Suehiro set numerous Bruin records during her three-season career from 1991-93. The three-time Bruin captain made the NAIA All-District 2 First Team, All-Cascade Conference First Team, and was Cascade Conference Player of  the Year in  1991 and 1992. In her 1992 season, Jamie was selected as an NAIA All-America Second Team member. She was a two-time NAIA All-District 2 and NAIA All-America Scholar-Athlete, and a GTE Academic All-District VIII and Second Team Academic All America selection in her final season. Jamie holds Bruin records for assists in a season (1,455 in 1992) and in a career (4,023). In addition, she ranks sixth all-time in digs (1,042) and blocks (155), and seventh in aces (130).
