Starring in three sports, Pam Sturzinger is the only athlete to receive George Fox's Woman Athlete of the Year four times. She was named to eight all-star teams in the Women's Conference  of Independent Colleges during her career in basketball, field hockey and softball. She was a four-year starter in both basketball and softball, and a three-year starter in field hockey. As a senior, she earned MVP honors while averaging 11.3 points a game in basketball, and scored 17 goals with five assists to earn another MVP award in field hockey. During her junior year, she was named Most Inspirational in all three sports. A physical education and health major at George Fox, she has spent many years coaching softball and basketball around the state.
