Hall of Fame
Frank Cole may have been the best athlete to compete for George Fox (then Pacific College) during the 1920s. He was the leading scorer on the basketball team, one of the best tennis players in the Northwest, and a team leader on George Fox's first soccer team, which lost only once in its first three years. After 30 years working for the federal government, Cole was honored as George Fox Alumnus of the Year in 1974. He returned to George Fox in 1963, serving in  numerous administrative and volunteer positions.
