George Fox University

An ABCA All-American as a pitcher his senior season, you cannot tell the story of George Fox baseball without mentioning Ryan Alvis. Alvis’ name appears all over the GFU record books: He is first all time in complete games, second all-time in strikeouts, and fifth all-time in wins. The Bruin pitcher was one of the first players to be named to an All-American team in George Fox’s NCAA era and helped lead the team to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2000.
